PRIVACY POLICY FOR THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
This Privacy Policy for the protection of personal data (hereinafter – the Agreement) is aimed at regulating the relationship between the Site Administration and the Site User. The Agreement applies to all information that the website of the NGO “Ukrainian Hub” (hereinafter – the Site), located on the domain name ukrainianhub.org, can obtain about the User in the process of using the site.
1. DEFINITION OF TERMS
The following terms are used in the following Agreement:
1.1 “Administration of the Site” (hereinafter – the Administration) – employees authorized to administer and manage the Site, acting on behalf of the NGO “Ukrainian Hub”, who have the right to collect and process personal data, as well as determine the purpose of personal data processing, their composition and actions that take place with personal data.
1.2 “User of the site” of the NGO “Ukrainian Hub” (hereinafter – the User) is a natural or legal person who filled out the registration form on the Site and uses the Site and thereby confirmed his agreement with this Agreement.
1.3 “Personal data” – any information that belongs to a natural or legal person (the subject of personal data) and is voluntarily provided by the User of the site.
1.4 “Processing of personal data” (hereinafter – Processing) is an action or set of actions that can be performed in the information system, and which are related to the collection, registration, accumulation, storage, change and use, depersonalization and deletion of information about the User.
1.5 “Confidentiality of personal data” is a requirement that is mandatory to be fulfilled by the Site Administration or any authorized person who has access to the User’s personal data, the purpose of the requirement is to prevent the distribution of personal data without the consent of the subject of personal data or other legal grounds.
1.6 Third party – any person, with the exception of the subject of personal data, the owner or manager of personal data and the Commissioner of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine for human rights, to whom the owner or manager of personal data transfers personal data.
2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
2.1 The use of the Site by the User, in order to access the informational materials and services of the Site, means his agreement with this Agreement.
2.2 If the User does not agree with the terms of the Agreement, he must stop using the Site.
2.3 This Agreement applies only to the website of the NGO “Ukrainian Hub”.
2.4 The Site Administration does not check the validity of personal data left by the User.
3. SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
3.1 This Agreement establishes obligations towards the Site Administration regarding the non-disclosure of personal data that the User provides when registering for events (trainings, meetings, intensives, bootcamps, forums, etc.), as well as when filling out the Feedback Form Online.
3.2 Personal data provided by the User at the disposal of the Site Administration and permitted for Processing under this Agreement include the following information:
3.2.1 Surname, first name, patronymic of the User.
3.2.2 User’s contact phone number.
3.2.3 User’s e-mail address.
3.3 Any other information that is not specified above is also covered by the Agreement, except for the cases provided for in clause 5.3 of this Agreement.
4. PURPOSES OF COLLECTION OF PERSONAL USER INFORMATION
4.1 Personal data that the User provides to the Site Administration may be used for the following purposes:
4.1.1 To identify the User.
4.1.2 For feedback from the User, sending messages, requests, providing services, processing requests and applications from the User.
4.1.3 To geo-locate and ensure security and prevent fraud against the User.
4.1.4 To provide the User, with his consent, with newsletters and other information on behalf of the Site.
5. METHODS AND TERMS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION PROCESSING
5.1 The processing of the User’s personal data is carried out in any legal way, including in information (automatic) systems, and has no time limit.
5.2 The User’s personal data may be transferred to authorized state authorities only on the grounds and in the manner established by the legislation of Ukraine.
5.3 The site administration undertakes to inform the User about the loss or disclosure of personal data.
5.4 The site administration undertakes to use all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect the User’s personal data from accidental or illegal interference, including illegal actions that may be carried out by third parties.
6. OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
6.1 The user undertakes such obligations as:
6.1.1 Provide all necessary information about personal data, which is necessary for using the Site.
6.1.2 Update, supplement personal data, in case of changes.
6.2 The site administration undertakes such obligations as:
6.2.1 Use personal information exclusively for the purposes described in clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.
6.2.2 Ensure proper protection and storage of confidential information, do not disclose confidential information about the User without his written consent. Not to exchange, publish, sell, or disclose in any other way, except for the cases described in clause 5.3 of this Agreement.
6.2.3 Delete and block personal data about the User, at the User’s request or request.
7. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE PARTIES
7.1 The site user undertakes to comply with this Agreement.
7.2 The site administration is not responsible for the disclosure or loss of the User’s personal data, if this information:
7.2.1 Became public until the moment of its loss or disclosure.
7.2.2 Was disclosed with the consent of the User.
8. RESOLUTION OF DISPUTES
8.1 All disputes that may arise between the Site Administration and the Site User are resolved amicably on a voluntary basis.
8.2 If it is impossible to settle the dispute amicably, any of the parties has the right to apply to a judicial body, in accordance with the current law of Ukraine.
8.3 In the relations between the User and the Site Administration, the current legislation of Ukraine applies to this Agreement.
9. ADDITIONAL TERMS
9.1 The site administration has the right to make changes to this Agreement without the User’s consent.
